LYSOL® Disinfectant Spray may be used on bedding and mattresses as long as the surface is air dried before the bed is made or slept on.

2. Can LYSOL® Disinfectant Spray be used as an air freshener?
No. LYSOL® Disinfectant Spray is not an air freshener. It should only be used according to label directions on hard, nonporous surfaces.
3 .Where can LYSOL® Disinfectant Spray be used?
On finished surfaces in basements, closets, attics, laundry rooms, storage areas, summer cottages, boat and car interiors, shower stalls. It is excellent for controlling mold and mildew on mattresses, pillows and shower curtains.
4. How do I use the product to control mold & mildew?
To control and prevent mold and mildew and their odors simply spray pre-cleaned surface until covered with mist. Repeat application as necessary.
5. Is LYSOL® Disinfectant Spray a disinfectant?
Yes. LYSOL® Disinfectant Spray (EPA Reg No 777-72) and Professional LYSOL® Disinfectant Spray (EPA Reg No 777-72-625) is EPA registered and effective against:

LYSOL® WIPES FAQS
1. Can LYSOL® WIPES be used on marble or granite surfaces?
Yes they can. LYSOL® Wipes should have no deleterious effect on marble or granite.
2. Are there any surfaces that I should not use LYSOL® WIPES on?
LYSOL® WIPES are not recommended for use on polished or unfinished wood surfaces.
LYSOL® TOILET BOWL CLEANERS FAQS
1. Can I use LYSOL® TOILET BOWL CLEANERS on a surface other than the toilet bowl?
LYSOL® Toilet Bowl Cleaners have been specifically formulated for use only in toilet bowls. It should not be used on the exterior surface, toilet bowl lids, vanities, sinks, bathtubs, cabinets, countertops, rugs, etc.
2. Can I use LYSOL® TOILET BOWL CLEANERS in my mobile motor home?
Yes. The product would already be diluted by the water in the bowl, and further diluted to a safe level by the water in the holding tank.
3. Are LYSOL® TOILET BOWL CLEANERS safe for septic systems?
When used according to directions, LYSOL® Toilet Bowl Cleaners will not have a harmful effect on septic systems. The degradability and dilution factors are such that the product does not adversely effect the bacterial action of the septic system.
4. Can I use LYSOL® TOILET BOWL CLEANERS inside my toilet tank?
No, LYSOL® Toilet Bowl Cleaners are specifically formulated to clean the inside of the toilet bowl only according to label directions. You may wish to try LYSOL® CLING™ 2-in-1 Clip On which provides powerful cleaning and continuous fragrancing with every flush
5. Can I use LYSOL® Toilet Bowl Cleaners to clean my toilet if I have a daily toilet bowl cleaner already in place in the tank?
Yes, our products can be used in conjunction with most in-tank cleaners, however, do not use it with cleaners containing chlorine.
LYSOL® BATHROOM CLEANERS FAQS
1. Is LYSOL® BATHROOM CLEANER safe for use on:
Acrylic Plastics
No. We do not recommend LYSOL® Bathroom Cleaner to be used on acrylic plastic surfaces.
Brass Surfaces
Yes, as long as the brass is solid and not painted on.
Marble, Limestone or other natural stone surfaces
No, we do not recommend LYSOL® Bathroom Cleaner to be used on natural stone surfaces
Painted Surfaces
No. LYSOL® Bathroom Cleaner is not recommended for painted surfaces.
2. Can LYSOL® Mildew Remover with Bleach be used on wood?
No. It should only be used according to label directions.
LYSOL® ALL PURPOSE CLEANER FAQS
1. Can I use LYSOL® ALL PURPOSE CLEANER POURABLE in the laundry?
No. It is not recommended that LYSOL® All Purpose Cleaner be used in the laundry since it may produce too many suds for the washer and the dilution in that amount of water may deplete disinfecting potential (of the registered disinfectants). However, LYSOL® Brand Concentrate may be used in the wash. Be sure to follow instructions as stated on the label.
2. Can I use LYSOL® ALL PURPOSE CLEANER POURABLE or TRIGGER to clean the interior of my refrigerator?
Yes, when used according to label directions. However, you MUST remove all food and rinse well after use to prevent potential contamination of food material by the product and its fragrance.
3. On what types of surfaces can LYSOL® ALL PURPOSE CLEANER TRIGGER be used?
This product may be used on hard, non-porous surfaces such as: laminated tables and countertops, stovetops, sinks, appliances, no wax floors, and ceramic tile. Before using on painted surfaces, you must test a small inconspicuous area first.
4. Is it necessary to rinse the countertop after using LYSOL® All Purpose Cleaner Trigger or LYSOL® Antibacterial Kitchen Cleaner?
Normally, it is not necessary to rinse after using. However, the countertop should be rinsed before placing food (especially meats) directly on the countertop. It is necessary to rinse to prevent scent absorption. However, we recommend that food (especially meats) be placed on a clean plate or paper towel.
5. Can I use LYSOL® ALL PURPOSE CLEANER TRIGGER on synthetic marble?
Yes, it can be used on synthetic marble but not real marble since it is porous.
6. Can LYSOL® ALL PURPOSE CLEANER Pourable be used on all types of flooring?
LYSOL® All Purpose Cleaner Pourable is safe for regular and no wax floors but should not be used on unsealed surfaces or wood flooring. The manufacturer's directions for laminated floors is to use a damp mop. Laminated floors are typically planks which are "tongue and groove" construction. LYSOL® All Purpose Cleaner is safe for laminated surfaces, however, because these floors are tongue and groove we suggest calling the manufacturer of the floor to determine whether this product can be added to the water that will be used to damp mop the floor.
LYSOL® NEUTRA AIR AEROSOL FAQS
1. How long will NEUTRA AIR AIR TREATMENT be effective in killing air-borne odors?
That will depend on many factors such as room size, air temperature, humidity, air flow and intensity of malodor.
2. Can NEUTRA AIR AIR TREATMENT be sprayed directly into a kitty litter box?
No. NEUTRA AIR is an air treatment and is not meant to be used directly on surfaces.
LYSOL® KITCHEN CLEANER FAQS
1. Is it necessary to rinse the surface after using LYSOL® Kitchen Cleaner?
Per label directions, you should not rinse the surface that is being sanitized. The surface, however, must be pre-cleaned before use. Food contact surfaces must be first cleaned, then rinsed with water prior to using the product.
2. Can I clean with LYSOL® Kitchen Cleaner?
LYSOL® Kitchen Cleaner is not a cleaning product. LYSOL® Food Surface Sanitizer spray sanitizes, meaning it will kill 99.999% of bacteria on hard, non-porous surfaces in 60 seconds. It's a new product that makes it easy to sanitize any time and any place - including around kids, pets and food. For cleaning food contact surfaces, we recommend, LYSOL® Antibacterial Kitchen Cleaner.
3. How long does it take to sanitize?
A: Per the label, the product takes 1 minute to kill 99.999% of bacteria on hard, non-porous surfaces
4. Is LYSOL® Kitchen Cleaner only meant be used on surfaces where food is placed?
No, this product can be used on any hard non-porous surfaces where sanitization is desired.
5. What does "hard, non-porous surface" mean?
Hard, non-porous surfaces, including ceramic, chrome, laminate like Formica®, glass, sealed granite, linoleum, metal, plastic, porcelain, stainless steel, vinyl and finished wood, to name a few. LYSOL® Kitchen Cleaner has not been approved for use on porous surfaces such as grout, unfinished wood (e.g., wood cutting boards), fabric or carpeting.

7. What is the difference between a disinfectant and sanitizer?
The difference between a sanitizer and a disinfectant is the level of kill and the types of micro-organisms that the product is effective against. Disinfectants provide a higher level of microbial kill and are also generally effective against bacteria, viruses, and fungi. Sanitizers are only effective against bacteria.
8. How is cross-contamination prevented?
Cross contamination can occur when a surface is contaminated with bacteria (from food, for example). If the surface is not thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before another food is placed on the surface that new food will become contaminated as well. LYSOL® Kitchen Cleaner kills the bacteria on these surfaces and thus stops the spread of bacteria to other non-contaminated surfaces.
It is necessary to sanitize surfaces and utensils to prevent cross contamination when preparing foods. LYSOL® Kitchen Cleaner should be used on the countertop or other food contact surfaces or utensils.
9. Is the product supposed to have a fragrance?
This product does not contain any fragrance. It is fragrance-free.
10. What surfaces can I use LYSOL® Antibacterial Kitchen Cleaner on?
LYSOL® Antibacterial Kitchen Cleaner may be used on hard, nonporous surfaces in your kitchen, with exception of acrylic plastics (these are usually clear, such as microwave doors, Caller ID displays on telephones, etc.). For painted surfaces, first test in a small inconspicuous area.
11. Can I use LYSOL® Antibacterial Kitchen Cleaner on the exterior of my stainless steel appliance?

COUPON PRINTING PROBLEMS
1. What if my coupon would not print?
If the Coupon Activator Plug-in was downloaded, but you were unable to print your coupon check the following:
Is the printer turned on? Often the simplest explanation can identify the problem. Turn your printer on and try printing the coupon again by clicking on the original coupon link.
Is there sufficient paper in the paper tray? Double check your paper supply and try printing the coupon again by clicking on the original coupon link.
Is the printer properly connected to your computer? Often the simplest explanation is a faulty connection. Check the cable connection between your computer and your printer. Try printing the coupon again by clicking on the original coupon link.
Are the status lights on the printer indicating problems? Often, if your printer is experiencing problems, a red light will be lit up or blinking on its control panel. Please refer to your printer owner's manual. After following the directions, try printing the coupon again by clicking on the original coupon link.
Do you have the Coupon Activator Plug-in properly installed? If you are not certain, please see the "Coupon Activator Plug-in Questions" section of this page.
2. What if I don't have a printer?
A desktop printer is required to print printable coupons at home. Unfortunately, we cannot mail coupons to you.
3. What if my fax software appeared when I tried to print?
Select Start/Menu/Settings/Printers; set default printer to local or LAN printer.
Coupon Activator Plug-in Questions
1. Is there another way to print coupons without downloading your plug-in?
No, the Coupon Activator Plug-in is necessary to ensure the secure printing of coupons. However, it takes less than 2 minutes to download with a 56K connection, will complete installation automatically and has been engineered to run seamlessly with Windows and Mac OS X operating systems. Plus, once installed, it will enable you to print future coupons without the need for additional downloads.
2. What is a plug-in?
Plug-ins are software programs that extend the capabilities of your browser and other applications. For example, some plug-ins give you the ability to play audio samples, view video movies, view PDF documents or print secure coupons from your personal computer.
3. Is the plug-in safe to install on my computer?
Yes! The Coupon Activator Plug-in has been engineered to run seamlessly with any Windows computer and Mac computers running Mac OS X.
Most plug-ins are developed by third party companies and are designed to extend the capabilities of the original software application. Apple's QuickTime, Real Media's RealPlayer, and Adobe's Acrobat PDF Reader are all examples of third party software plug-ins. You may have noted that your browser states that it might be "dangerous" to accept the download. This "warning" is simply identifying that this plug-in was not developed by the original software developer.
When you download or run programs from the Internet, you want to know that the program comes from a known, reliable source. That's why, after you click the "accept" or "yes" button to download a program from the Internet to your computer, your browser uses authenticating technology to verify the identity of the program. Authenticating technology verifies that the program has a valid certificate. This feature eliminates the chance of someone misrepresenting a program that is intended to be malicious or intentionally harmful.
4. What about my privacy?

5. Does the plug-in work with my computer's operating system?
Yes, the Printer Plug-in has been engineered to run seamlessly with any Windows computer and Mac computers running Mac OS X.
6. What if I got an unexpected error message stating that downloading did not complete?
Please try downloading the plug-in again by re-entering the site from which you were trying to print coupons.
7. What if my browser doesn't allow me to download plug-ins?
One of the following may be occurring:
You are on a networked computer that does not allow plug-in downloads. Check with your network administrator.
Your security settings are too high. If you are using Internet Explorer, at the top of your browser, please go to "Tools", then "Internet Options", then "Security." Your settings should be at "Medium" or lower. If you are using IE 6.0, your privacy settings also need to be "Medium" or lower.
If you are using Netscape Navigator, your software installation option may be disabled. At the top of your browser, go to the "Edit", then click on the "+" next to "Advanced" and click on the "Software Installation" sub-menu. Make sure there is a check mark next to "Enable software installation" option.
8. What if my computer/browser keeps saying I pressed "NO" when I pressed "YES" while attempting to download the Coupon Activator Plug-in?
One of the following may be occurring:
Your security settings are too high. If you are using Internet Explorer, at the top of your browser, please go to "Tools", then "Internet Options", then "Security." Your settings should be at "Medium" or lower. If you are using IE 6.0, your privacy settings also need to be "Medium" or lower.

If you tried to use a coupon at a store and it was NOT accepted, we'd like to know. Please contact us and provide the following information: A description of the coupon (including brand, specific product, product size and coupon value). Store information (store name, address, city/state, zip code/country).

1. Do your online and e-mail promotions support the Windows operating system?
All of our promotions are available to Windows users.
2. Do your online and e-mail promotions support Mac OS?

3. Do your online and e-mail promotions support WebTV?
Unfortunately, we are unable to support the Web TV platform at this time.
4. Why am I getting server error messages?
Most server error messages encountered are the result of a temporary situation. However, if the message you encountered persists, we'd like to hear from you. Please contact Technical Support and provide as much detail as possible such as:
Where the problem was encountered (i.e., while downloading the Coupon Activator Plug-in, while printing a coupon, during sweepstakes registration, etc.)
How did you access that area (i.e., a banner ad, link within a site, etc.)?
If acting on a coupon promotion, what coupon information appeared on the screen?
If acting on a coupon promotion, do you already have the Coupon Activator Plug-in installed?
International Users
Are your promotional programs available to users outside the U.S.?
Yes! However, each promotion is created and managed for specific countries. The availability of each promotion is determined by the promotion sponsor and subject to the terms and conditions of that specific promotion.
Registration and Privacy
1. Why am I required to register for various promotions?
Registration for various promotions (such as sweepstakes, free samples, printable coupons, special offers, promotional e-mail, etc.) may sometimes be necessary for the following reasons:
Registration lets us know that you are both eligible and voluntarily participating in the promotion.
Registration helps ensure that certain promotions such as limited free samples, one-time only entry for sweepstakes, and one per customer coupons can be limited per user or household.
In promotions such as sweepstakes, additional information is required to meet certain legal requirements and to notify the winners.
Free sample promotions normally require additional address information for delivery of the requested samples.
2. Why am I required to complete a survey for various promotions?
