Automatic hand soap dispenser pumping out 3-4 pumps of soap

I've owned this for about a month, and now it dispenses about 3-4 pumps of soap each time I put my hand under the sensor. I've cleaned the sensors and changed the batteries. There is also no malfunction with the red light.

Same problem as everyone else in this thread. Have owned for 2 or 3 months. Now pumps multiple times. Please send your default robo-response reference number. It would be super awesome and actual customer service if you could just give everyone an answer instead of cut / paste responses though. Thanks!

I'm having a problem where the dispenser discharges all on its own. I changed the batteries and cleaned the sensor.. there doesn't seem to be a blinking red light issue. Please help I've been wasting a lot of soap trying to fix this.

I have the same problem as Neeraj. It dispenses 3 times the amount of soap. I did clean the unit completely and changed the batteries.

I just purchased one at Target today. The product DOES NOT WORK. I thought it may have been the batteries so i changed it but still nothing. The light doesn't even turn on! WHat a waste of time and money!!!!!!
