I purchased the Hands Free System for my 2nd floor bathroom. It doesn't work, the red light blinks all the time and it dispenses soap all the time on it's own. I have changed the batteries and even brought rechargeable batteries to the unit and still it doesn't work properly. The serial number is CW0321K1N.
