NAPNAP is the professional association for Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (PNPs) and other advanced practice nurses who care for children. Established in 1973, NAPNAP advocates for children's health by providing funding, education, and research opportunities to PNPs; influencing legislation that affects maternal/child health care; and producing and distributing educational materials to parents and families. NAPNAP's membership of 7,000 also includes national child health care experts, respected authors, distinguished faculty, and practicing professionals.
LYSOL and NAPNAP have partnered on a number of education initiatives for children and new moms, developing hard copy books and free downloads that have reached over 1 million children and over 5 million mothers since 2005.
