NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST HAVE INTERNET ACCESS IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Lysol® Powers Your Classroom Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is an online Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM (ET) on July 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on August 15, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). There will be three hundred (300) Grand Prize Winners that will be randomly selected at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or X.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Subject to the additional restrictions and conditions in these Official Rules, the Sweepstakes is only open to (i) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, (ii) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, and (iii) is a classroom teacher or other School Staff Member ("Staff Member") at a K-12 school identified by the user in the user’s online registration form ("Associated School"). Staff members include teachers, administrators, and classroom support personnel by a K-12 institutions.
Employees of Reckitt Benckiser LLC, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies ("Promotion Entities") and its immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in the States of Florida and New York. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. PARTICIPATION: Participation constitutes an entrant’s ("Entrant") full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth herein. The Sponsor and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, suppliers, distributors, prize suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, "Affiliates") are not liable for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or its contents relating to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials concerning this Sweepstakes, or from other technical difficulties, failures or other errors of any kind. Administrator reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by Administrator. In the event that the Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Administrator which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Administrator reserves the right to award prizes based on the non-suspect, eligible entries received before the termination date.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONOSR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrant can enter for a chance to win a Sweepstakes prize by signing up to receive the Lysol® Newsletter, at https://www.lysol.com/here-for-healthy-schools/healthy-habits/teachers-sweepstakes/, add one or more 2026-2027 school year classroom supply list(s) for such user’s Associated School (a "2026-2027 Supply List") and by doing so opting in to add Lysol® Disinfecting Wipes as a requested item on such list(s).
ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE): During the Promotion Period, to enter the Promotion, include your name, address, phone number, age, supply list, and subject line "Lysol® Powers Your Classroom Sweepstakes" on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to Level Agency, PO Box 93377, Newmarket RPO Yonge Mulock, ON, L3X 1A3, Canada. Attention: Lysol® Powers Your Classroom Sweepstakes. For each mailed-in entry, you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion indicated on your entry card and envelope. Limit one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per entrant. All mail-in entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. All mail-in entries must be received by the Sponsor during the Promotion Period.
Each eligible Entrant may have one (1) Sweepstakes entry. An Entrant will be considered to have submitted only one entry into the Sweepstakes regardless of how many classroom supply lists the Entrant includes on the registration form. No purchase or pledge is required to enter.
5. PRIZE AND ODDS: At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, three hundred (300) Entrants will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entrants to win up to $500 worth of classroom supplies (excluding electronics), based on their submitted school supply list form (each, a "Prize"). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Prize is $500.00. The total ARV for all Prizes is $150,000.00. The Prize will be sent to the attention of the three hundred (300) winning Entrants (each, a "Winner") at the Associated School’s address. If any listed item is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
The odds of winning one of the Sweepstakes prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. There are no cash substitutions. If a prize becomes unavailable, or at Administrator’s sole discretion, Administrator may award substitute prizes of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Administrator's sole discretion. Each Entrant is limited to one prize per Winner. Prizes will only be provided to a Winner with the Winner’s consent. In the event a Winner does not consent to receive a prize, an alternate Winner will be selected.
6. WINNERS DRAWING, NOTIFICATION, AND ACCEPTANCE: Three hundred (300) Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing to be held on or within the next fifteen (15) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding. Winners will be contacted by email or phone number at the close of the Sweepstakes, at Sponsor’s discretion, using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry within five (5) business days following the winner selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Failure to reach a Winner by email after three (3) attempts may result in the disqualification of that Winner and forfeiture of the Winner’s interest in the prize. Administrator will, at its sole and absolute discretion, be free to select an alternate Winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Administrator will make good faith attempts to award every prize. A Winner may waive its right to receive a prize. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
7. LIMITATIONS ON ENTRY: All entries must be fully and accurately completed and in compliance with these Official Rules. Use of any automated system to participate in the Sweepstakes or subvert the entry process is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all associated entries will be void.
8. GENERAL: If prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. Subject to all federal, state and local laws/regulations. By accepting prize, winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Promotion Entities, including without limitation, their respective directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, from any and all liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury or death, arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or respect to participation in any prize related activity. Neither Promotion Entities, including without limitation nor their employees will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize or participation in the promotion or any prize-related activities. Acceptance of a prize shall be construed as and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, voice, likeness and/or prize information, entry, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration, review, approval or payment, where allowed by law. Winners acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize, if any, are subject to the manufacturers’ terms therefore and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or in administration of the Sweepstakes.
9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant (a) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Administrator, which decisions shall be final and binding, and (b) agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective Affiliates from and against any and all claims, suits, causes of action or other proceedings of any kind for losses, costs, damages or other liabilities of any kind arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes and/or their acceptance and/or use of any Sweepstakes prize, including without limitation, due to personal injury, death, and/or property damage; claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE PRIZES, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. PUBLICITY/USE OF INFORMATION: Except where prohibited, by entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants grant the Sponsor and/or its agents permission to use their first name, and/or statements in any media created. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that the Sponsor may use such information obtained from entrants in this Sweepstakes for marketing purposes, and may include the names of winners in a publicly available winner list.
11. PRIVACY: Information submitted as part of an entry into this Sweepstakes is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Lysol® site. For information about how the Sponsor uses your personal information, please see its privacy policy, located at https://www.lysol.com/privacy-policy.
12. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.
